1. The handler will exercise due care and precaution but will not be held responsible for any unfortunate accidents that may involve a client dog.
    

2. All dogs will be shown personally, except under circumstances beyond the handler's control, at which
   time it is understood that another competent handler will fill in unless the owner would prefer that their dog was not shown.
    

3. All charges with respect to handling fees, traveling expenses, entries, shipping fees,
   veterinary work, medications or special diets are the owner's responsibility.
    

4. All dogs must be delivered with a copy of a current rabies certificate, AKC papers and/or CKC papers (depending on where the dog is being shown).
    

5. All cash awards, ribbons and trophies will be given to the owner.
    

6. All fees must be paid in full before the dog is released to the owner. A 10% interest rate will be
   added to bills not paid after 30 days of the statement date.
